Around 4:15pm, on Saturday, got the shot. Musta been a thin needle, hardly felt the prick. Sat around for 15 min to see if I have any allergic reactions and got the ok to go. At the injection site felt a mild burning sensation. Lasts for a couple hours. About an hour in, feel head and neck start to tighten. A lil after, my upper back. Start feeling tired. Lie down around 6:30p, fall asleep for about 30 min. Wake up, head feels fuzzy. Arm just mildly sore. Paula had blood on her bandaid so peek at mine. Just a small red dot.
Saturday 10:15p, took BP reading: 164/107 (79). Pretty high. And I've been just sitting in bed. Found this acticle: https://www.medpagetoday.com/infectiousdisease/covid19vaccine/91814 I figure it's high because it is "fighting" something. Will take reading again in morning.
Sunday 9:20a: Mild headache, arm pretty sore. Overall feeling good. BP reading 137/91 (87). Hard to raise arm, hurt. Pain with movement. Chill day at home.
Monday: Soreness mostly gone with movement. Can feel if its pressed. Shopping in desert at 97 degrees. HOT.
Tuesday: mild chills and runny nose at work in afternoon. Thinking maybe I'm coming down with a cold?
Wednesday: runny nose and sneezing. Thinking allergies? Eyes felt puffy in corners.
Thursday: runny nose and still sneezing in morning. Feeling kinda crappy and low energy. Was thinking about bike ride before Free Food but wasn't feeling up to it. Took allergy pill around 11am. Seemed to get a little better in the afternoon. Flu-like symptoms as result of vaccine? Or just sick/allergies? Paula said she's been feeling blah all week. Abby so far feels great. Her shot was on Monday. Paula & I got on same day.
